Ifom yesalathiso seeplastiki ze-thermoplastic ze-PVC ezithintela ilangatye ze-V-0

Ukuze kufezekiswe umlinganiselo we-V-0 flame retardancy (ngokwemigangatho ye-UL-94) kwiiplastiki ze-thermoplastic ze-PVC, i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid zizinto ezimbini ezisetyenziswa kakhulu njenge-flame retardant. Amanqanaba azo okongeza kufuneka aphuculwe ngokusekelwe kwifomyula ethile, iimeko zokucubungula, kunye neemfuno zokusebenza. Ngezantsi kukho ezinye iingcebiso kunye noluhlu lwesalathiso:

1. Inqanaba lokongezwa kwe-Aluminium Hypophosphite

I-aluminium hypophosphite sisixhobo esithintela umlilo esisekelwe kwi-phosphorus esifanelekileyo kwizixhobo ze-PVC. Sithintela ukutsha ngokwenza umaleko we-phosphate okhuselayo kwaye sikhuphe igesi ye-phosphoric acid.

  • Inqanaba lokongeza elicetyiswayo: 15–25 amagama(iinxalenye ngeenxalenye ezilikhulu ze-resin)

2. Inqanaba lokongezwa kweBoric Acid

  • Inqanaba lokongeza elicetyiswayo: 5–15 izibhalo

  • Ukulumkela:

3. Ukwenziwa kwe-Aluminium Hypophosphite kunye ne-Boric Acid ngendlela edibeneyo

Ukuze kufezekiswe umlinganiselo we-V-0, i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid zinokudityaniswa ukuze kusetyenziswe i-synergistic. Apha ngezantsi kukho indlela yokubhekisa:

  • I-hypophosphite ye-aluminiyam: 15–20 amagama
  • I-asidi yeBoric: 5–10 amagama
  • Ezinye izongezo:
  • I-Plasticizer (umz., i-DOP): Njengoko kufuneka (ihlengahlengiswe ngokusekelwe kwiimfuno zobunzima be-PVC)
  • Isiqinisi:2–5 iphr(umz., iityuwa zelothe, izinto ezizinzisa i-calcium-zinc)
  • Isithambisi:0.5–1 iphr(umz., i-stearic acid)

  • I-resin yePVC:Iiphr ezili-100
  • I-hypophosphite ye-aluminiyam:Iiphr ezili-18
  • I-borate yeZinc:Iiphr ezi-8
  • I-Plasticizer (DOP):40 phr
  • Isiqinisi:Iiphr ezi-3
  • Isithambisi:0.8 iphr

4. Uvavanyo kunye nokuphucula

Kwizicelo ezisebenzayo, la manyathelo alandelayo ayacetyiswa ukuvavanya nokwenza ngcono:

  1. Ifomula yomqhubi:Lungisa uvavanyo oluncinci olusekelwe kuluhlu lweereferensi.
  2. Uvavanyo lwe-UL-94:Yenza uvavanyo lokutshisa ngokuthe nkqo ukuze uvavanye umlinganiselo wokungatshisi komlilo.
  3. Uvavanyo lokusebenza:Hlola iipropati zoomatshini (umz., amandla okutsalwa, amandla okubetha) kunye nokusebenza kokucubungula (umz., ukuhamba kwamanzi, uzinzo lobushushu).
  4. Ukwenziwa ngcono:Lungisa amanqanaba okongezwa kwe-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid okanye ufake ezinye izinto ezithintela ilangatye (umz., i-aluminium hydroxide, i-antimony trioxide) ukuze uphucule ukusebenza.

5. Izinto eziphambili ekufuneka ziqwalaselwe

  • Ubushushu bokucubungula:Amaqondo obushushu okubola kwe-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid aphezulu; qinisekisa ukuba amaqondo obushushu okucubungula awadluli kule mida ukuze kuthintelwe ukubola.
  • Ukusasazeka:Qinisekisa ukuba izinto ezithintela ilangatye zisasazeke ngokulinganayo kwi-PVC ukuze kuthintelwe iingxaki zoxinzelelo lwendawo ethile.
  • Impembelelo yokusingqongileyo:Zombini i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid zizinto ezithintela ilangatye ezisebenza kakuhle kwindalo, kodwa ukuhambelana nezinye izongezo kufuneka kuqinisekiswe.

6. Isiphelo

Ukuze kufezekiswe izinga lokungatshisi ilangabi le-V-0 kwiiplastiki ze-thermoplastic ze-PVC, amanqanaba okongeza acetyiswayo ngala.15–25 phr ye-aluminium hypophosphitekwaye5–15 phr ye-boric acidUkusetyenziswa ngokubambisana kwezi zinto zithintela umlilo kunokuphucula ukusebenza. Enyanisweni, ukwenziwa ngcono ngokusekelwe kwiifomyula ezithile kunye neemfuno zokusebenza kubalulekile, kwaye uvavanyo lwe-UL-94 kufuneka lwenziwe ukuqinisekisa umlinganiselo wokuthintelwa komlilo.
