Ukuqulunqwa kweReference ye-V-0 Flame-Retardant PVC Thermoplastic Plastics

Ukufezekisa i-V-0 ye-flame retardancy rating (ngokwemigangatho ye-UL-94) kwiiplastiki ze-PVC ze-thermoplastic, i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid zimbini ezisetyenziswa ngokuqhelekileyo i-flame retardants. Amanqanaba abo ongezelelweyo kufuneka aphuculwe ngokusekelwe kuqulunqo oluthile, iimeko zokucubungula, kunye neemfuno zokusebenza. Ngezantsi kukho izindululo kunye noluhlu lweereferensi:

1. Inqanaba elongezelelweyo leAluminiyam Hypophosphite

I-Aluminiyam i-hypophosphite yi-phosphorus-based-flame retardant esebenzayo efanelekileyo kwizinto ze-PVC. Ithintela ukutsha ngokwenza umaleko we-phosphate okhuselayo kunye nokukhupha igesi ye-phosphoric acid.

  • Inqanaba longezelelo elicetyiswayo: 15–25 phr(iinxalenye ngekhulu leenxalenye zeresin)
  • YePVC eqhelekileyo, ukongeza ngeenxa zonke20 phrye-aluminiyam hypophosphite ngokuqhelekileyo ifezekisa i-V-0 flame retardancy rating.

  • Ukulumkela:
  • Ukugqithiswa kwe-aluminiyam hypophosphite kunokunciphisa ukusebenza kokulungiswa (umzekelo, ukuhamba kakubi).
  • Kunconywa ukudibanisa nezinye i-flame retardants (umzekelo, i-boric acid, i-aluminium hydroxide) kwimiphumo ye-synergistic.

2. Inqanaba elongezelelweyo le-Boric Acid

I-asidi ye-Boric yindleko ephantsi ye-flame retardant esebenza ngokuyinhloko ngokubola kwe-endothermic kunye nokwakhiwa kweglasi yokhuselo olufana neglasi.

  • Inqanaba longezelelo elicetyiswayo: 5–15 phr
  • I-asidi ye-boric idla ngokusetyenziswa njengenye i-flame retardant yesibini, kwaye izixa ezigqithisileyo zisenokonakalisa iipropathi zoomatshini kunye nokucubungula.
  • KwiPVC, yongeza ngeenxa zonke10 phrye-boric acid inokusebenzisana ne-aluminiyam hypophosphite ukunyusa ukuncipha komlilo.
  • Ukulumkela:
  • I-asidi ye-boric i-hygroscopic, ngoko ukugcinwa kunye nokuphatha kufuneka kugweme ukufunxa umswakama.
  • Impembelelo yayo yokunqanda umlilo ilinganiselwe xa isetyenziswe yodwa; idla ngokudityaniswa nezinye iiretardants zomlilo (umzekelo, i-aluminiyam hypophosphite, i-aluminiyam hydroxide).

3. Ukuqulunqwa kwe-Synergistic ye-Aluminium Hypophosphite kunye ne-Boric Acid

Ukufezekisa ukulinganisa kwe-V-0, i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid inokudibaniswa nemiphumo ye-synergistic. Ngezantsi luqulunqo lwereferensi:

  • I-Aluminiyam hypophosphite: 15–20 phr
  • Iasidi ye-boric: 5–10 phr
  • Ezinye izongezo:
  • Iplastiki (umzekelo, iDOP): Njengoko ifuneka (ilungiswa ngokusekelwe kwiimfuno zobunzima bePVC)
  • Izinzisi:2–5 phr(umzekelo, iityuwa zelothe, izizinzi ze-calcium-zinc)
  • Isithambiso:0.5–1 phr(umzekelo, stearic acid)

Uqulunqo lwemizekelo:

  • Intlaka yePVC:100 phr
  • I-Aluminiyam hypophosphite:18 phr
  • Iborate yeZinc:8 phr
  • iPlastiki (DOP):40 phr
  • Izinzisi:3 phr
  • Isithambiso:0.8 phr

4. Uvavanyo kunye nokuPhuculwa

Kwizicelo ezisebenzayo, la manyathelo alandelayo ayacetyiswa ukuba avavanywe kunye nokwenza ngcono:

  1. Ukwenziwa kovavanyo:Lungiselela ulingo oluncinci olusekwe kuluhlu lwereferensi.
  2. Uvavanyo lwe-UL-94:Ukuqhuba iimvavanyo zokutshisa ezithe nkqo ukuvavanya ukalisho lokubuyiswa komlilo.
  3. Uvavanyo lokusebenza:Vavanya iimpawu zoomatshini (umzekelo, amandla okuqina, amandla empembelelo) kunye nokusebenza kokulungiswa (umzekelo, ukuqukuqela, ukuzinza kwe-thermal).
  4. Ukuphucula:Lungisa amanqanaba okongezwa kwe-aluminiyam hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid okanye ukwazisa ezinye iiretardants zomlilo (umzekelo, i-aluminium hydroxide, i-antimony trioxide) ukuqhubela phambili ukunyusa ukusebenza.

5. Iingqwalasela eziphambili

  • Kusenziwa ubushushu:Amaqondo obushushu okubola kwe-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid aphezulu kakhulu; qinisekisa ukuba amaqondo obushushu okusebenza awagqithi kule mida ukuthintela ukuthotywa.
  • Ukusasazwa:Qinisekisa ukusasazwa okufanayo kweeretardants zomlilo kwiPVC ukunqanda imiba yoxinaniso yendawo.
  • Impembelelo yokusingqongileyo:Zombini i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-boric acid zi-eco-friendly flame retardants, kodwa ukuhambelana nezinye izongezo kufuneka kuqinisekiswe.

6. Isiphelo

Ukufezekisa i-V-0 ye-flame retardancy rating kwi-PVC thermoplastic plastics, amanqanaba okongeza acetyiswayo15–25 phr ye-aluminiyam hypophosphitekwayeI-5-15 phr ye-boric acid. Ukusetyenziswa kwe-synergistic kwezi zithinteli zomlilo kunokuphucula ukusebenza. Ukwenziwa komsebenzi, ukulungelelaniswa okusekwe kuqulunqo oluthile kunye neemfuno zokusebenza kubalulekile, kwaye uvavanyo lwe-UL-94 kufuneka lwenziwe ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukukala komlilo wokubuyiswa komlilo.
