    • I-Resin + i-dispersant → Ukuxuba ngesantya esiphantsi → Yongeza i-ATH/hypophosphite eguquliweyo → Ukusasazwa ngesantya esiphezulu (2500 rpm, imizuzu engama-20) → Yongeza i-zinc borate/MCA → Ukuxuba ngesantya esiphantsi (thintela ukonakala kwe-MCA)
  • Izixhobo: Umxube weplanethi (ukususa igesi nge-vacuum) okanye umatshini wokugalela igesi onemiqolo emithathu (weempuphu ezicolekileyo kakhulu)

2. Ukuphucula ukunyanga

  • Ukulungiswa kwenyathelo: 80°C/1h (ngaphambi kwejeli) → 140°C/2h (emva konyango, kuphephe ukubola kwe-MCA)
  • Ulawulo loxinzelelo: 0.5–1 MPa ukuthintela ukuhla kwezalisa

3. Iindlela zoNxibelelwano

  • I-ATH + i-Hypophosphite: Yenza i-AlPO₄-reinforced char ngelixa isusa ii-radicals (PO·)
  • I-Zinc borate + i-MCA: Isithintelo esiphindwe kabini segesi (i-NH₃ dilution + umaleko weglasi onyibilikisiweyo)
