I-PVC Flame Retardant Masterbatch Reference Formulation
Uyilo kunye nokwenza ngcono iifomyula ze-PVC ezithintela ilangatye ezisebenzisa i-masterbatch, eziquka izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezikhoyo kunye nezinto eziphambili ezisebenzisanayo, ezijolise kwi-UL94 V0 ethintela ilangatye ezingasetyenziswayo (ezinokulungiswa kwi-V2 ngokunciphisa ubungakanani bezongezo).

II. Imigaqo-nkqubo yokuphucula izinto eziphambili

- I-Cl-Sb Synergy: I-chlorine yendalo ye-PVC (56%) idityaniswe ne-3-5% ye-Sb₂O₃ yenza umqobo we-SbCl₃, ovumela ukuba i-flame retardancy ye-gas-phase/condensed-phase ibe ne-dual-action retardancy.

- Ukulinganisa Ubushushu: I-Aluminium hypophosphite (ukubola ≥250°C) kunye ne-Al(OH)₃ (ezinzileyo ukuya kwi->200°C) eguqulweyo kumphezulu ifanela ukucutshungulwa kwe-PVC (160–190°C).
- Uqinisekiso Lozinzo: Iziqinisi zeCa-Zn zithintela ukubola kwe-resin ekukhutshweni kwe-HCl; i-ACR inceda ukufakelwa kwe-plaster kwiinkqubo ezizalisa kakhulu.
- Ibhalansi yokusebenza
- Umthwalo opheleleyo othintela ilangatye: 35–45%, ukugcinwa kwamandla okutsalwa ≥80% (ngokuqhelekileyo ≥40 MPa kwiPVC eqinileyo).
- Ukuze kube lula (i-PVC eguquguqukayo), faka i-8% ye-epoxidized soy oil endaweni ye-DOP (i-plasticizer ephindwe kabini/i-flame retardant).
III. IiMetriki zoVavanyo kunye noQinisekiso
Ukuthintela ilangatye:
- UL94 V0 (ubukhulu obuyi-1.6 mm)
- Isalathisi se-Oxygen esiNciphisayo (i-LOI) ≥32%
Ulawulo lomsi:
- Uvavanyo lwegumbi lomsi le-NBS: Ubuninzi boxinano oluthile lwe-opticalDs≤150 (imo yokutshisa)
Iipropati zoomatshini:
- Amandla okutsalwa ≥35 MPa (eqinileyo), ukunwebeka ngexesha lokuphumla ≥200% (kuyaguquguquka)
Uzinzo lobushushu:
- I-DMA iqinisekisa ukuba akukho kwehla kwe-modulus kwi-180°C.
IV. Uhlengahlengiso lweendleko kunye nokusingqongileyo
Enye indlela engabizi kakhulu:
- Nciphisa i-zinc molybdate ukuya kwi-3%, tshintsha i-Al(OH)₃ nge-Mg(OH)₂ (yongeza iye kwi-15%).
Isisombululo Esingenazo Izinto Ezibangela I-Antimony:
- Susa i-Sb₂O₃, sebenzisa i-2% ye-aluminium diethylphosphinate + 5% ye-nano-kaolin (ukusebenza kakuhle okuphantsi kancinci; kufuna ubukhulu be-3 mm kwi-V0).
Eyona nto iphambili kwi-smoke:
- Yongeza i-1% ye-silicone resin-coated carbon black ukuze unciphise ngakumbi uxinano lomsi nge-15%.
V. Izikhokelo zokuSebenza
- Ulandelelwano lokuxuba:
I-resin ye-PVC → isiqinisi + isithambisi → izinto ezithintela ilangatye (eziphantsi ukuya kweziphezulu) → i-plasticizer (eyongezwe ngokutshiza ekugqibeleni). - Ukucubungula Amaqondo Obushushu:
Iindawo zokukhupha izinto ezinezikrufu ezimbini: 160°C (ukutya) → 170°C (ukunyibilika) → 180°C (ukuxuba) → 175°C (intloko efileyo). - Ugxininiso lweMasterbatch:
Cebisa ukulayisha okungama-50%; xuba i-1:1 nge-PVC eyi-virgin ukuze ugqume i-injection yokusetyenziswa ngokupheleleyo.
Le ndlela ilinganisela ukulibaziseka okukhulu komlilo, umsi omncinci, kunye nozinzo lokucubungula. Kucetyiswa ukuba kwenziwe uvavanyo oluncinci ngaphambi kokuba kulinganiswe, kunye nohlengahlengiso olusekelwe kwifom yemveliso (amaphepha, iintambo, njl.njl.).
