I-PP V2 Flame Retardant Masterbatch Reference Formulation

Ukuze kufezekiswe ukuthintela ilangatye le-UL94 V2 kwi-PP (polypropylene) masterbatches, kufuneka indibaniselwano ye-synergistic ye-flame retardants ngelixa kugcinwa ukusebenza kakuhle kunye neempawu zoomatshini. II. Amanqaku Okuphucula Amanqaku Aphambili

  1. Inkqubo yokuBuyisela ilangatye ehambelanayo
  • I-Intumescent Flame Retardant (IFR):I-aluminium hypophosphite (umthombo we-asidi) + i-Di-PE (umthombo wekhabhoni) + i-MPP (umthombo wegesi) zenza inkqubo ye-IFR, zenze umaleko we-char okhusela ubushushu kunye ne-oxygen.
  • Intsebenziswano yeZinc Borate:Iphendula kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite ukuze yenze umaleko okhuselayo ofana neglasi, onyusa ukungakwazi komlilo ukubamba igesi.
  • I-Aluminium Hydroxide eguquliweyo:Unyango lomphezulu lunciphisa ukukhululwa komswakama ngexesha lokucubungula ngelixa lubonelela ngokubola kwe-endothermic ukuze kuncitshiswe ubushushu bokutsha.

III. Uhlengahlengiso oluKhethekileyo

  • Kwi-Higher Flame Retardancy (umz., V0):
  • Yandisa i-aluminium hypophosphite ibe25%, yongezai-silicone eyi-2%(ukunciphisa umsi), kwaye unyuse i-PTFE iye kwi0.8%.
  • Izicelo Ezinobuzaza Ngeendleko:
  • Nciphisa umxholo we-MPP kwaye wonyuse i-aluminium hydroxide ngokulinganisela (qinisekisa uzinzo ekucutshungulweni kwayo).

IV. Izinto ezibalulekileyo ekufuneka ziqwalaselwe

  1. Imveliso yeMasterbatch:Xuba izinto ezithintela ilangatye kwangaphambili kunye ne-carrier resin;ukukhupha izikrufu ezimbini (180–210°C)kuyacetyiswa.
  2. Ukomisa i-Aluminium Hydroxide:Yomisa e110°C iiyure ezi-4ukuthintela amaqamza ngexesha lokucubungula.
  3. I-Di-PE/Aluminiyam yeHypophosphite Ratiyo:Gcina1:2 ukuya ku-1:3ukuze kubekho ukusebenza kakuhle kokwakhiwa kwe-char.

Ngale ndlela yokwenza nokucubungula ephuculiweyo,I-UL94 V2 iyalibazisa ilangatyeinokufezekiswa rhoqo ngelixa kugcinwa ukusebenza kokucubungula kunye nozinzo lombala. Kucetyiswa uvavanyo oluncinci ukuze kulungiswe kakuhle ngokusekelwe kwiziphumo zovavanyo.
