Iifomyula zePolyurethane AB Adhesive Powder Flame Retardant
Ngokusekelwe kwimfuno yeefomyula ezithintela ilangatye ezingenayo i-halogen zee-adhesives ze-polyurethane AB, zidityaniswe neempawu kunye nemiphumo yokusebenzisana kweefomyula ezithintela ilangatye ezifana ne-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP), i-aluminium hydroxide (ATH), i-zinc borate, kunye ne-melamine cyanurate (MCA), ezi nkqubo zintathu zilandelayo ziyilwe. Ezi fomyula azina-chlorine kwaye zigxile ekuphuculeni ukusebenza kakuhle kwefomyula, ukuhambelana nokusebenza ngokomzimba, kunye nokwenzeka kwenkqubo:

1. Ukwenziwa kwe-High Flame Retardancy (Yokwenza i-electronic potting, ukufaka ibhetri, i-target UL94 V-0)

Umxube weCore Flame Retardant:

  • I-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 8-12 phr (uhlobo olufakwe i-polyurethane emanzini olucetyiswayo ukujongana neengxaki zemvula)
  • I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 20-25 phr (umgangatho we-submicron, 0.2-1.0 μm, ukuphucula i-oxygen index kunye ne-char compactness)
  • I-MCA: 5-8 phr (indlela yokusebenza kwesigaba segesi, esebenza ngokubambisana ne-AHP kwisigaba esifinyeziweyo)
  • I-Zinc borate: 3-5 phr (ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-ceramic char kwaye ithintela ukutsha)

Ukusebenza Okulindelekileyo:

  • Isalathisi seoksijini (i-LOI): ≥32% (i-PU emsulwa ≈22%);
  • Uvavanyo lwe-UL94: V-0 (ubukhulu obuyi-1.6 mm);
  • Ukuqhuba kobushushu: 0.45-0.55 W/m·K (okuncediswa yi-ATH kunye ne-zinc borate);
  • Ulawulo lokuxinana: 25,000-30,000 cP (unyango lomphezulu olufunekayo ukuthintela ukubola kwesanti).

Inkqubo Ephambili:

  • I-AHP kufuneka isasazwe kwangaphambili kwicandelo le-polyol (iCandelo A) ukuze kuthintelwe ukusabela kwangaphambi kwexesha nge-isocyanate (iCandelo B);
  • I-ATH kufuneka iguqulwe nge-arhente yokudibanisa i-silane (umz., KH-550) ukuphucula ukubopha phakathi kwe-interfacial.

2. Ifomula Eqhelekileyo Engabizi Kancinci (Yokutywina ulwakhiwo, ukubopha ifenitshala, i-UL94 V-1 ekujoliswe kuyo)

Umxube weCore Flame Retardant:

  • I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr (umgangatho oqhelekileyo we-micron, ingabizi kakhulu, i-filler-type flame retardant);
  • I-Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): 10-15 phr (idityaniswe ne-MCA kwinkqubo ye-intumescent, ithatha indawo yee-halogenated agents);
  • I-MCA: 5-7 phr (umlinganiselo kwi-APP 1:2~1:3, ikhuthaza ukugqwala kunye nokwahlulwa kweoksijini);
  • I-Zinc borate: 5 phr (ukunciphisa umsi, ukwakheka kwe-char encedisayo).

Ukusebenza Okulindelekileyo:

  • I-LOI: ≥28%;
  • Uvavanyo lwe-UL94: V-1;
  • Ukuncitshiswa kweendleko: ~30% (xa kuthelekiswa nefomula ekhawulezayo yokurhoxiswa komlilo);
  • Ukugcinwa kwamandla okutsalwa: ≥80% (I-APP ifuna ukufakwa kwee-capsules ukuthintela i-hydrolysis).

Inkqubo Ephambili:

  • I-APP mayifakwe i-microcapsulated (umz., ne-melamine-formaldehyde resin) ukuze kuthintelwe ukufunxwa komswakama kunye nokwakheka kwamaqamza;
  • Yongeza i-1-2 phr hydrophobic fumed silica (umz., i-Aerosil R202) ukuze ithintele ukuminyana.

3. Ukwenziwa kweNkqubo elula ne-Viscosity esezantsi (Ukuze kudityaniswe ngokuchanekileyo nge-elektroniki, kufuna ukuhamba kakuhle)

Umxube weCore Flame Retardant:

  • I-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 5-8 phr (i-nanosized, i-D50 ≤1 μm);
  • I-phosphorus ephilayo engamanzi ethintela ilangatye (enye indlela ye-BDP): 8-10 phr (umz., izinto eziphuma kwi-DMMP ezingenayo i-phosphorus, ezigcina i-viscosity);
  • I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 15 phr (i-spherical alumina composite, elungelelanisa ukuhanjiswa kobushushu);
  • I-MCA: Izifundo ezi-3-5.

Ukusebenza Okulindelekileyo:

  • Uluhlu lwe-viscosity: 10,000-15,000 cP (kufutshane neenkqubo zokuthintela umlilo ezingamanzi);
  • Ukungavumi komlilo: UL94 V-0 (kuphuculwe yi-phosphorus engamanzi);
  • Ukuqhuba kobushushu: ≥0.6 W/m·K (okunegalelo yi-alumina engqukuva).

Inkqubo Ephambili:

  • I-AHP kunye ne-alumina engqukuva kufuneka zidityaniswe kwaye zisasazwe phantsi koxinzelelo oluphezulu (≥2000 rpm);
  • Yongeza i-desiccant yesihluzo se-molecular seeve ye-4-6 phr kwiCandelo B ukuthintela ukufunxwa komswakama we-AHP.

4. Amanqaku oBugcisa aMangalisayo kunye neZisombululo eziKhethekileyo

1. Iindlela zoNxibelelwano:

  • I-AHP + i-MCA:I-AHP ikhuthaza ukuphelelwa ngamanzi emzimbeni kunye nokutsha, ngelixa i-MCA ikhupha igesi ye-nitrogen xa ifudunyezwa, nto leyo eyenza umaleko we-char ofana nobusi.
  • I-ATH + i-Zinc borate:I-ATH ifunxa ubushushu (1967 J/g), kwaye i-zinc borate yenza umaleko weglasi ye-borate ukuze igubungele umphezulu.

2. Ezinye izinto ezithintela ilangatye:

  • Izinto eziphuma kwiPolyphosphate:Ukusebenza kakuhle kakhulu kwaye kunobuhlobo nokusingqongileyo, kunye nokusetyenziswa kwe-HCl emva kwemveliso;
  • I-resin ye-silicone ye-epoxy (ESR):Xa idityaniswe ne-AHP, inciphisa umthwalo opheleleyo (18% kwi-V-0) kwaye iphucula iimpawu zoomatshini.

3. Ulawulo loMngcipheko weNkqubo:

  • Ukutshatyalaliswa kwenkunkuma:Iiarhente ezichasene nokuphelisa (umz., iintlobo eziguqulwe yi-polyurea) ziyafuneka ukuba i-viscosity ingaphantsi kwe-10,000 cP;
  • Ukuthintela ukungakwazi ukusebenza:Ziphephe izinto ezithintela ilangatye le-alkaline kakhulu (umz., i-MCA) ukuze uthintele ukuphazamiseka kwe-isocyanate reactions.

5. Iingcebiso zokuphunyezwa

  • Beka phambili ukuvavanya indlela yokulinganisa i-high-flame-retardancy: i-AHP egqunywe nge-coated + i-submicron ATH (ubungakanani obuqhelekileyo be-particle yi-0.5 μm) kwi-AHP:ATH:MCA = 10:20:5 ukuze kuqalwe kusetyenziswe.
  • Uvavanyo oluphambili:
    → I-LOI (GB/T 2406.2) kunye ne-UL94 evuthayo ngokuthe nkqo;
    → Amandla ebhondi emva kokujikeleza kobushushu (-30℃ ~ 100℃, iiyure ezingama-200);
    → Ukuna kwemvula ethintela ilangatye emva kokwaluphala ngokukhawuleza (60℃/7d).
