Polyurethane AB Adhesive Powder Flame Retardant Formulants
Ngokusekelwe kwimfuno ye-halogen-free flame retardant formulations for polyurethane AB adhesives, idibene neempawu kunye nefuthe le-synergistic ye-flame retardants ezifana ne-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP), i-aluminium hydroxide (ATH), i-zinc borate, kunye ne-melamine cyanrate (MCA), ezi zicwangciso zintathu zilandelayo ziyilwe. Umdibaniso oPhambili wokuBuyiselwa komlilo:

  • I-Aluminiyam i-hypophosphite (AHP): 8-12 phr (uhlobo olufakwe emanzini lwe-polyurethane-coated olucetyiswayo ukulungisa imiba yemvula)
  • I-Aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 20-25 phr (i-submicron grade, 0.2-1.0 μm, ukuphucula isalathisi se-oksijini kunye ne-char compactness)
  • I-MCA: i-5-8 phr (i-gas-phase mechanism, i-synergistic ne-AHP kwisigaba esijikisiweyo)
  • I-Zinc borate: 3-5 phr (ikhuthaza ukwenziwa kwe-ceramic char kwaye inqanda ukuqhuma)

Umsebenzi olindelekileyo:

  • Isalathisi se-oksijeni (LOI): ≥32% (i-PU ecocekileyo ≈22%);
  • UL94 ukukala: V-0 (1.6 mm ubukhulu);
  • I-Thermal conductivity: 0.45-0.55 W / m·K (ifakwe yi-ATH kunye ne-zinc borate);
  • Ukulawulwa kwe-Viscosity: 25,000-30,000 cP (unyango oluphezulu olufunekayo ukukhusela i-sedimentation).

Inkqubo engundoqo:

  • I-AHP kufuneka ihlakazwe kwangaphambili kwi-polyol component (iCandelo A) ukuphepha ukusabela kwangaphambi kwexesha nge-isocyanate (iCandelo B);
  • I-ATH kufuneka iguqulwe nge-agent yokudibanisa i-silane (umzekelo, i-KH-550) ukuphucula ukuhlangana kwe-interface.

  • I-aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr (i-standard micron-grade, i-cost-effective, i-filler-type-flame retardant);
  • I-Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): 10-15 phr (idibene ne-MCA yenkqubo ye-intumescent, ithatha indawo ye-halogenated agents);
  • I-MCA: 5-7 phr (umlinganiselo kwi-APP 1: 2 ~ 1: 3, ikhuthaza ukukhupha amagwebu kunye ne-oxygen yodwa);
  • I-Zinc borate: 5 phr (ukunciphisa umsi, ukubunjwa kwe-char encedisayo).

Umsebenzi olindelekileyo:

  • LOI: ≥28%;
  • UL94 ukukala: V-1;
  • Ukunciphisa iindleko: ~ 30% (xa kuthelekiswa nokwakhiwa kwe-high-flame-retardancy formulation);
  • Ukugcinwa kwamandla e-tensile: ≥80% (i-APP idinga i-encapsulation ukukhusela i-hydrolysis).

Inkqubo engundoqo:

  • I-APP kufuneka ifakwe i-microencapsulated (umzekelo, nge-melamine-formaldehyde resin) ukunqanda ukufunxa ukufuma kunye nokwakheka kweqamza;
  • Yongeza i-1-2 phr hydrophobic fumed silica (umzekelo, i-Aerosil R202) yokuchasana nokuhlaliswa.

3. I-Low-Viscosity Easy-Process Formulation (Ukwenzela ukuchaneka kwe-electronics bonding, efuna ukuhamba okuphezulu)

Umdibaniso oPhambili wokuBuyiselwa komlilo:

  • I-Aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 5-8 phr (nanosized, D50 ≤1 μm);
  • I-liquid organic phosphorus flame retardant (i-BDP enye indlela): 8-10 phr (umzekelo, i-halogen-free phosphorus-based DMMP derivatives, ukugcina i-viscosity);
  • I-Aluminium hydroxide (ATH): 15 phr (i-aluminium eyi-spherical composite, i-balance conductivity ye-thermal);
  • I-MCA: 3-5 phr.

Umsebenzi olindelekileyo:

  • Uluhlu lwe-Viscosity: 10,000-15,000 cP (kufuphi neenkqubo zokunqanda umlilo wolwelo);
  • Ukutshatyalaliswa komlilo: UL94 V-0 (iphuculwe nge-phosphorus yolwelo);
  • I-Thermal conductivity: ≥0.6 W/m·K (ixhaswe yi-alumina eyi-spherical).

Inkqubo engundoqo:

  • I-AHP kunye ne-aluminium eyi-spherical kufuneka ixutywe kwaye ihlakazwe phantsi kwe-shear ephezulu (≥2000 rpm);
  • Yongeza i-4-6 phr i-molecular sieve desiccant kwiCandelo B ukuthintela ukufunxwa kokufuma kwe-AHP.

4. Ukudityaniswa kwamanqaku obugcisa kunye nezisombululo ezizezinye

1. IiNdlela zokuSebenza:

  • AHP + MCA:I-AHP ikhuthaza ukuphelelwa ngamanzi emzimbeni kunye nokutshisa, ngelixa i-MCA ikhupha igesi yenitrogen xa ifudumala, yenze umaleko we-char cob.
  • I-ATH + neborate yeZinc:I-ATH ifunxa ubushushu (1967 J/g), kwaye i-zinc borate yenza umaleko weglasi yeborate ukugquma umphezulu.

2. Ezizezinye eziRetardants zeFlame:

  • Iimpawu zePolyphosphazene:Ukusebenza okuphezulu kunye ne-eco-friendly, kunye nokusetyenziswa kwe-HCl ye-byproduct;
  • I-Epoxy silicone resin (ESR):Xa idityaniswe ne-AHP, inciphisa ukulayishwa okupheleleyo (i-18% ye-V-0) kwaye iphucula iimpawu zomatshini.

3. Inkqubo yoLawulo loMngcipheko:

  • Intlenga:Ii-Anti-settling agents (umz., iintlobo ze-polyurea-modified) ezifunekayo ukuba i-viscosity <10,000 cP;
  • Ukuthintela ukunyangwa:Ziphephe iiretardants ze-alkaline zomlilo ezigqithisileyo (umzekelo, i-MCA) ukuthintela ukuphazamiseka kwe-isocyanate reactions.

5. Iingcebiso zokuPhumeza

  • Ukubeka phambili uvavanyo lwe-high-flame-retardancy formulation: i-coated AHP + i-submicron ATH (i-avareji yobungakanani be-particle 0.5 μm) kwi-AHP: ATH: MCA = 10:20:5 yokuphucula kokuqala.
  • Iimvavanyo eziphambili:
    → LOI (GB/T 2406.2) kunye ne-UL94 yokutshisa ngokuthe nkqo;
    → Amandla ebhondi emva kwebhayisekile eshushu (-30℃~100℃, iiyure ezingama-200);
    → Imvula esemva kwedangatye emva kokuguga okukhawulezileyo (60℃/7d).
