  • I-Brominated Flame Retardant: 5–10 ngeyure.
  • I-Antimony Trioxide (Sb₂O₃): 2–3phr (njengomntu osebenzisana nabanye).
  • Iarhente Yokuchasa Ukuvuza: 0.5–1 phr (umz., i-PTFE).
  • Isithambisi: 0.5–1 phr (umz., i-zinc stearate).
  • I-Antioxidant: 0.2–0.5 iphr.

3.3 Iindlela Zokucubungula

  • Kufana nokucubungula nge-V0-grade (ukuxuba, ukukhupha, ukubumba ngenaliti).

3.4 Uvavanyo Lokusebenza

  • Uvavanyo lokutsha oluthe nkqo lwe-UL94: Iisampulu mazihlangabezane neemfuno ze-V2 (ukuzicima ngokwazo kwimizuzwana engama-30, ukuvuza kuvumelekile).
  • Uvavanyo lweePropati zoMatshini: Qinisekisa ukuba ukusebenza kwezinto ezibonakalayo kuyahlangabezana neemfuno zesicelo.

4. Uthelekiso Phakathi kwe-V0 kunye ne-V2 Formulations

4.1 Ukulayisha okuBandakanya ilangatye

5.1 Ukusebenzisana okuBuyisa amaLanga

  • Ukudibanisa izinto ezahlukeneyo ezithintela ilangatye (umz., IFR + Mg(OH)₂, brominated + Sb₂O₃) kunokunyusa ukuthintelwa kwelangatye kwaye kunciphise umthwalo.

5.2 Ukuguqulwa komphezulu
