Ifomyula yesalathiso esithintela ilangatye esingena-PBT Halogen

1. Iindidi zeCore Flame Retardant
Ukhetho 1: I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + I-MCA (iMelamine Cyanurate) + I-Zinc Borate
Indlela yokusebenza:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Uzinzo lweThermal > 300°C): Ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char kwisigaba esixineneyo kwaye ikhupha ii-PO· radicals kwisigaba segesi ukuze iphazamise ukusabela kwe-combustion chain.
- I-MCA (Ukubola kwi ~300°C): Ukubola kwe-Endothermic kukhupha iigesi ezingasebenziyo (NH₃, H₂O), kunciphisa iigesi ezinokutsha kwaye kuthintele ukuvuza okunyibilikayo.
- I-Zinc Borate (Ukubola > 300°C): Iphucula ukwakheka kwe-char efana neglasi, inciphisa umsi kunye nokukhanya okungasemva.

- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + Zinc Borate (3-5%).
Ukhetho 2: I-Magnesium Hydroxide eGuquliweyo kumphezulu + i-Aluminium Hypophosphite + i-Organic Phosphinate (umz., i-ADP)
Indlela yokusebenza:
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide eguquliweyo (Ukubola ~300°C): Unyango lomphezulu (i-silane/titanate) luphucula ukusasazeka kunye nokuzinza kobushushu; ukupholisa kwe-endothermic kunciphisa ubushushu bezinto.
- I-Organic Phosphinate (umz., i-ADP, uzinzo lobushushu > 300°C): Isebenza kakuhle kakhulu ekuthinteleni ilangatye lesigaba segesi, isebenzisana neenkqubo ze-phosphorus-nitrogen.
Isilinganiselo Esicetyiswayo:
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (8-12%) + I-ADP (5-8%).
2. Abantu abasebenzisana ngokuzithandela
- I-Nano-clay/Talc (2-3%): Iphucula umgangatho we-char kunye neempawu zoomatshini ngelixa inciphisa umthwalo othintela ilangabi.
- I-PTFE (0.2-0.5%): Isixhobo esithintela ukuvuza kwamanzi ukuthintela ukutsha kwamathontsi.

- I-Aluminium Hydroxide: Iyabola kwi-180-200°C (ngaphantsi kobushushu bokucubungula be-PBT obuyi-220-250°C), nto leyo ekhokelela ekuwohlokeni kwangaphambi kwexesha.
- I-Magnesium Hydroxide engaguqulwanga: Ifuna unyango lomphezulu ukuze kuthintelwe ukuhlangana kunye nokubola kobushushu ngexesha lokucubungula.
4. Iingcebiso zokuphucula ukusebenza
- Unyango Lomphezulu: Sebenzisa ii-silane coupling agents kwi-Mg(OH)₂ kunye ne-zinc borate ukuphucula ukusasazeka kunye nokubopha phakathi kwe-interfacial.
- Ulawulo Lobushushu Bokucubungula: Qinisekisa ukuba ubushushu bokubola obugcina ilangatye bungaphezulu kwama-250°C ukuze kuthintelwe ukubola.
- Ibhalansi yePropati yoMechanical: Buyisela ukulahleka kwamandla usebenzisa ii-nano-fillers (umz., i-SiO₂) okanye ii-tougheners (umz., i-POE-g-MAH).

- Ukuthintela ilangatye: UL94 V-0 (1.6mm), LOI > 35%.
- Uzinzo lobushushu: Intsalela ye-TGA > 25% (600°C).
- Iimpawu zoomatshini: Amandla okutsalwa > 45 MPa, impembelelo eqingqiweyo > 4 kJ/m².
Ngokulungisa ii-ratios, ukurhoxiswa komlilo okungenalo i-halogen okusebenzayo kakhulu kunokufezekiswa ngelixa kugcinwa ukusebenza kwe-PBT iyonke.
