I. Uhlalutyo Lokusetyenziswa Komlilo Okhoyo Okuthintela Ilangatye
I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH)
Iingenelo:
- Inobuhlobo nokusingqongileyo, ixabiso liphantsi.
- Isebenza ngokubola kwe-endothermic kunye nokukhululwa komphunga wamanzi, ifanelekile kwiinkqubo ezingenayo i-halogen.
Iingxaki:

Iingxaki:
- Ukusebenza kakuhle xa isetyenziswa yodwa; ifuna ukuhlanganiswa nezinye izinto ezithintela umlilo.
Ukusebenza:
- Icetyiswa njenge-synergist ye-ATH okanye i-aluminium hypophosphite.
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite
Iingenelo:
- Isebenza kakuhle kakhulu, ayinayo i-halogen, ilayisha kancinci (10-20 phr).
- Uzinzo oluhle lobushushu, olufanele iimfuno zokudanyaza komlilo okuphezulu.
Iingxaki:
- Ixabiso eliphezulu.
- Ukuhambelana neenkqubo zelatex kufuna ukuqinisekiswa.
Ukusebenza:
- Ifanelekile kwimigangatho ephezulu yokungatshisi ilangabi (umz., UL94 V-0).
- Ingasetyenziswa yodwa okanye idibene.
I-MCA (iMelamine Cyanurate)
Iingenelo:
- I-nitrogen-based flame retarder, ethintela umsi.
Iingxaki:
- Ukusasazeka kakubi.
- Ingaphazamisana nokuphuma kwegwebu.
- Ubushushu obuphezulu bokubola (~300°C), abufani nokulungiswa kwe-latex kubushushu obuphantsi.
Ukusebenza:
- Ayikhuthazwa njengento ephambili; ifuna ukuqinisekiswa kovavanyo.
II. Iifomyula ezicetyiswayo kunye neengcebiso zeNkqubo
Ifomula 1: I-ATH + I-Zinc Borate (Ukhetho Lwezoqoqosho)
Ulwakhiwo:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): 30-40 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-10 phr
- Isisasazi (umz., iarhente yokudibanisa i-silane): 1-2 phr (iphucula ukusasazeka)
Iimpawu:
- Ixabiso liphantsi, ayingcolisi okusingqongileyo.
- Ifanelekile kwiimfuno zokungatshisi ilangabi ngokubanzi (umz., UL94 HF-1).
- Inganciphisa kancinci ukuqina kwesiponji; Kufuneka ukulungiswa kweVulcanization.
Ifomula yesi-2: I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + i-Zinc Borate (Ukhetho oluSebenza kakuhle)
Ulwakhiwo:
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 15-20 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 5-8 phr
- I-plasticizer (umz., iparafini engamanzi): 2-3 phr (iphucula ukusebenziseka kwayo)
Iimpawu:
- Ukusebenza kakuhle kokulibaziseka komlilo, ukulayisha okuphantsi.
- Ifanelekile kwiimeko ezifunwa kakhulu (umz., ukutsha ngokuthe nkqo V-0).
- Ukuhambelana kwe-aluminium hypophosphite ne-latex kufuna uvavanyo.
Ifomula 3: I-ATH + i-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Ukhetho oluLungelelanisiweyo)
Ulwakhiwo:
- I-Aluminium Hydroxide: 20-30 phr
- I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: 10-15 phr
- I-Zinc Borate: 3-5 phr
Iimpawu:
- Ibhalansi yeendleko kunye nokusebenza.
- Inciphisa ukuxhomekeka kwisixhobo esinye esithintela ilangatye, inciphisa impembelelo kwiimpawu zomzimba.
III. Izinto eziqwalaselwayo kwinkqubo
Ukusasazeka:
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye mazigaywe zibe yi-≤5μm ukuze zingaphazamisi ulwakhiwo lwefoam.
- Kucetyiswa ukuba kusetyenziswe izixhobo zokuxuba i-latex okanye ezisebenzisa isantya esiphezulu ngaphambi kokuba zisasazwe.
Iimeko Zokuphilisa:
- Lawula ubushushu bokunyanga (ngesiqhelo yi-110-130°C kwi-latex) ukuthintela ukubola kwangaphambi kwexesha kwezinto ezithintela ilangatye.
Uvavanyo Lokusebenza:
- Uvavanyo olubalulekileyo: I-Oxygen Index (LOI), i-Vertical Burn (UL94), i-Density, i-Resilience.
- Ukuba ukuthintela ilangatye akwanelanga, yongeza kancinci kancinci i-aluminium hypophosphite okanye i-ATH ratios.
IV. Iingcebiso ezongezelelweyo
Uvavanyo lwe-MCA:
- Ukuba uvavanya, sebenzisa i-5-10 phr kwiibhetshi ezincinci ukuze ubone impembelelo ekulinganeni kwe-foam.
Iziqinisekiso zeNdalo:
- Qinisekisa ukuba izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezikhethiweyo ziyahambelana neRoHS/REACH xa kuthunyelwa kwamanye amazwe.
