Uyilo lwe-nylon flame retardant formulations kufuneka luhambelane nale migaqo ilandelayo:
- Ukuthintela iLanga eliPhakamileyo: Hlangana nemigangatho ye-UL 94 V-0 okanye ye-V-2.

2. Ukwenziwa kweNylon eBuyisela ilangatye eHalogenated
Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezifakwe i-halogenated (umz., ii-brominated compounds) ziphazamisa ii-combustion chain reactions ngokukhupha ii-halogen radicals, nto leyo enika ukusebenza kakuhle kwe-flame retardant.
Ulwakhiwo lweFomu:
- I-nylon resin (PA6 okanye PA66): 100 phr
- I-brominated flame retardant: 10–20 phr (umz., i-decabromodiphenyl ethane, i-brominated polystyrene)
- I-Antimony trioxide (i-synergist): 3–5 phr
- Isithambisi: 1–2 phr (umz., i-calcium stearate)
- I-Antioxidant: 0.5–1 phr (umz., 1010 okanye 168)
Amanyathelo okucubungula:
- I-premix nylon resin, i-flame retardant, i-synergist, i-lubricant, kunye ne-antioxidant ngokulinganayo.
- Nyibilikisa usebenzisa isixhobo sokukhupha iiskrubu ezimbini uze udibanise i-pellet.
- Lawula ubushushu bokukhupha kwi-240–280°C (lungisa ngokusekelwe kuhlobo lwe-nylon).
Iimpawu:
- Iingenelo: Ukusebenza kakuhle kokurhoxisa ilangabi, isixa esiphantsi sokongeza, kunye neendleko eziphantsi.
- Iingxaki: Ukukhululwa okunokwenzeka kweegesi ezinobuthi ngexesha lokutsha, iinkxalabo zokusingqongileyo.
3. Ukwenziwa kweNylon ePhindayo engenalo iHalogen
Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezingenayo i-halogen (umz., ezisekwe kwi-phosphorus, ezisekwe kwi-nitrogen, okanye ii-hydroxide ezingaphiliyo) zisebenza ngee-endothermic reactions okanye ukwakheka komaleko okhuselayo, nto leyo enika ukusebenza okungcono kokusingqongileyo.

- I-Nitrogen-based flame retardant: 5–10 phr (umz., i-melamine cyanurate MCA)
- I-hydroxide engaphiliyo: 20–30 phr (umz., i-magnesium hydroxide okanye i-aluminium hydroxide)
- Isithambisi: 1–2 phr (umz., i-zinc stearate)
- I-Antioxidant: 0.5–1 phr (umz., 1010 okanye 168)
Amanyathelo okucubungula:
- I-premix nylon resin, i-flame retardant, i-lubricant, kunye ne-antioxidant ngokulinganayo.

(1) Ukhetho oluthintela ilangatye
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezineHalogenated: Ukusebenza kakuhle kodwa kuzisa iingozi kwindalo nakwimpilo.
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezingenayo iHalogen: Ilungele ukusingqongileyo kodwa ifuna ubungakanani obukhulu kwaye inokuchaphazela ukusebenza kwezinto.
(2) Ukusetyenziswa kwamaSynergists
- I-antimony trioxide: Isebenza ngokubambisana nezithinteli zomlilo ezine-halogenated ukuphucula ukuthintelwa komlilo.
- Ukusebenzisana kwe-phosphorus-nitrogen: Kwiinkqubo ezingenayo i-halogen, izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezisekelwe kwi-phosphorus kunye ne-nitrogen zinokusebenzisana ukuphucula ukusebenza kakuhle.
(3) Ukusasazeka kunye nokuSebenza
- Izisasazi: Qinisekisa ukuba izinto ezithintela ilangatye zisasazeke ngokulinganayo ukuze kuthintelwe ubuninzi obuphezulu bendawo.
- Izinto zokuthambisa: Phucula ukutyibilika kokucubungula kwaye unciphise ukuguguleka kwezixhobo.
(4) Ii-Antioxidants
Thintela ukonakala kwezinto ngexesha lokucubungula kwaye womeleze uzinzo lwemveliso.
5. Izicelo eziqhelekileyo
- Izixhobo zombane: Izinto ezithintela ilangabi njengezihlanganisi, iiswitshi, kunye neesokhethi.
- Iimoto: Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezifana nezigqubuthelo zeenjini, iintambo zocingo, kunye nezinto zangaphakathi.
- Amalaphu: Iifayibha kunye namalaphu athintela ilangatye.
6. Iingcebiso zokuphucula ukwenziwa kwefomyula
(1) Ukuphucula ukusebenza kakuhle kokungalawuli ilangatye
- Ukuxuba okubambezelayo ilangatye: I-halogen-antimony okanye i-phosphorus-nitrogen synergies ukuphucula ukusebenza.
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye le-nano: Umzekelo, i-nano magnesium hydroxide okanye i-nano clay, ukuphucula ukusebenza kakuhle nokunciphisa izixa zezongezo.
(2) Ukuphucula iiPropati zoomatshini
- Abaqinisi: Umzekelo, i-POE okanye i-EPDM, ukuphucula ukuqina kwezinto kunye nokumelana neempembelelo.
- Ukuqinisa izizalisi: Umzekelo, ifayibha yeglasi, ukuphucula amandla kunye nokuqina.
(3) Ukuncitshiswa kweendleko
- Lungiselela iireyithingi ezithintela ilangatye: Nciphisa ukusetyenziswa ngelixa uhlangabezana neemfuno zokungalali.
- Khetha izixhobo ezingabizi kakhulu: Umzekelo, izinto ezithintela ilangatye zasekhaya okanye ezixutyiweyo.
7. Iimfuneko zeNdalo kunye neMithetho
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezineHalogenated: Ithintelwe yiRoHS, REACH, njl.njl., ifuna ukusetyenziswa ngononophelo.
- Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezingenayo iHalogen: Iyahambelana nemigaqo, imele iindlela zexesha elizayo.
Uyilo lweefomyula ze-nylon ezithintela ilangatye kufuneka luqwalasele iimeko ezithile zokusetyenziswa kunye neemfuno zomthetho xa ukhetha ii-halogenated flame retardants okanye ezingenayo i-halogen.
