Ukwenziwa kweHalogen-Free Flame Retardant Formulation yeNkqubo yokuNcamathela iTPU kusetyenziswa i-DMF Solvent

Kwiinkqubo zokugquma zeTPU ezisebenzisa iDimethyl Formamide (DMF) njengesinyibilikisi, ukusetyenziswa kwe-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) kunye ne-zinc borate (ZB) njengezinto ezithintela ilangatye kufuna uvavanyo olucwangcisiweyo. I. Uhlalutyo Lokwenzeka Kwe-Aluminium Hypophosphite (AHP)

1. Indlela Yokuthintela Ilangatye Neenzuzo

  • Indlela yokusebenza:
  • Iyabola kumaqondo obushushu aphezulu ukuze ivelise i-phosphoric kunye ne-metaphosphoric acids, ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char kwi-TPU (i-condensed-phase flame retardancy).
  • Ikhupha ii-PO· radicals ukuze ziphazamise ukusabela kwe-combustion chain (ukungalawuleki kwe-gas-phase flame).
  • Iingenelo:
  • Ayina-halogen, ayinamsi uphantsi, ayinatyhefu ingako, ihambelana ne-RoHS/REACH.

Sebenzisa i-AHP eguqulweyo kumphezulu (umz., i-silane coupling agent KH-550). Inkqubo yokusasaza ngaphambi kokusasaza: I-Ball-mill AHP ene-DMF kunye ne-dispersant (umz., i-BYK-110) ukuya kubukhulu be-particle <5μm.

3. Indlela Ecetywayo Yokwenza Nokwenza

  • Isiseko seTPU/DMF: 100 phr
  • I-AHP eguqulweyo kumphezulu: 20 phr
  • I-Zinc borate (ZB): 5 phr (intsebenziswano yokunciphisa umsi)
  • Umsasazi (BYK-110): 1.5 phr
  • Amanqaku aPhambili eNkqubo:
  • Xuba i-AHP kwangaphambili kunye ne-dispersant kunye ne-DMF engaphelelanga phantsi kwe-high shear (≥3000 rpm, imizuzu engama-30), uze udibanise ne-TPU slurry.
  • Ukomisa emva kokufaka: 120-150°C, yandisa ixesha nge-10% ukuqinisekisa ukufuma okupheleleyo kwe-DMF.

II. Uhlalutyo Lokwenzeka Kwe-Zinc Borate (ZB)

1. Indlela Yokuthintela Ilangatye Neenzuzo

  • Indlela yokusebenza:
  • Yenza umaleko weglasi we-B₂O₃ kumaqondo obushushu aphezulu, uvimba ioksijini kunye nobushushu (ukungavuthi komlilo okwisigaba esixineneyo).
  • Ikhupha amanzi abambeneyo (~13%), inyibilikisa iigesi ezivuthayo kwaye ipholisa inkqubo.
  • Iingenelo:

3. Indlela Ecetywayo Yokwenza Nokwenza

  • I-ZB enobukhulu obuncinci: 8 phr
  • I-AHP: iiyure ezili-15
  • I-arhente yokumanzisa (Tego 750W): 1 phr
  • Amanqaku aPhambili eNkqubo:
  • Phalaza i-ZB kwi-DMF ngokusebenzisa i-bead milling (ubungakanani be-particle ≤2μm) ngaphambi kokuba uyixube ne-TPU slurry.
  • Yandisa ixesha lokomisa (umz., imizuzu engama-30) ukuze kuthintelwe ukufuma okushiyekileyo okuchaphazela ukubambezeleka komlilo.

III. Uvavanyo oluhambelanayo lweNkqubo ye-AHP + ZB
