  • I-MCA:

  • I-MCA:
  • I-D50 yoqobo: ~1–2 μm; ifuna ukugaywa (umz., ukugaywa kwesanti) ukunciphisa ubungakanani bamasuntswana, kodwa inokonakalisa isakhiwo sayo esinamaleko, ichaphazele ukusebenza kakuhle kokungatshisi ilangabi.

3. Ukumelana nokunamathela kunye nokurhawuzelelwa

  • I-MCA:
  • I-polarity ephantsi ikhokelela ekungabambeleli kakuhle kwiifilimu zokwahlulahlula ze-PE/PP; ifuna ii-binders ezisekelwe kwi-acrylic ezi-5–10% (umz., i-PVDF-HFP).
  • I-coefficient ephezulu yokungqubana inokubangela ukuba kongezwe i-0.5–1% nano-SiO₂ ukuphucula ukumelana nokuguguleka.
  • I-AHP:

4. Uzinzo lobushushu kunye neempawu zokubola

  • I-MCA:
  • Iqondo lobushushu lokubola: 260–310°C; ayinakuvelisa igesi kwi-120–150°C, nto leyo enokubangela ukuba ingaphumeleli ukuthintela ukufudumeza kobushushu.
  • I-AHP:
  • Ubushushu bokubola: 280–310°C, alwanelanga ukuvelisa igesi kubushushu obuphantsi.
    Ingxaki ephambili:Zombini zibola ngaphezu koluhlu olujoliswe kulo (120–150°C).Izisombululo:
  • Faka ii-synergists ezisebenzisa ubushushu obuphantsi (umz., i-microencapsulated red phosphorus, uluhlu lokubola: 150–200°C) okanye i-modified ammonium polyphosphate (APP, egqunywe ukuze kulungiswe ukubola kube yi-140–180°C).
  • Yila iI-MCA/APP edityanisiweyo (umlinganiselo we-6:4)ukusebenzisa ukuveliswa kwegesi kwiqondo lobushushu eliphantsi le-APP + ukuthintela ilangatye le-MCA kwisigaba segesi.

5. Ukumelana ne-Electrochemical kunye ne-Corrosion

  • I-MCA:
  • I-melamine engasebenziyo ngokwe-electrochemical, kodwa eseleyo ikhululekile (ubumsulwa obuyi-≥99.5% buyimfuneko) inokubangela ukubola kwe-electrolyte.
  • I-AHP:
  • Ukungcola okune-asidi (umz., i-H₃PO₂) kufuneka kuncitshiswe (uvavanyo lwe-ICP: ii-ion zesinyithi ≤10 ppm) ukuze kuthintelwe ukukhawulezisa i-LiPF₆ hydrolysis.
    Isiphelo:Zombini zifuna ubumsulwa obuphezulu (≥99%), kodwa i-MCA kulula ukuyicoca.

  • Okukhethiweyo:I-AHP (ukusasazeka/ukunamathela okulinganiselayo) + i-synergist yobushushu obuphantsi (umz., i-5% ye-microencapsulated red phosphorus).
  • Enye indlela:I-MCA eguquliweyo (efakwe kwi-carboxyl ukuze kusasazeke amanzi) + i-APP synergist.

  • Ifomula yodaka:I-AHP (90%) + i-polyurethane binder (7%) + i-wetting agent (BYK-346, 0.5%) + i-defoamer (2%).

  1. Uvavanyo lokuqinisekisa:
