Izisombululo ezithintela ilangatye kwiifilimu zephepha lePET
Umthengi uvelisa iifilimu zePET ezibonisa ukukhanya okungabonakaliyo ezinobukhulu obuqala kwi-0.3 ukuya kwi-1.6 mm, esebenzisa i-hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP) kwaye ufuna ukunciphisa iindleko. 1. Uhlalutyo loKhetho oluBandakanya iLanga
I-Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP)

I-Aluminium Hypophosphite
- Iingxaki: Iipowder ezingezizo zendalo zinokubangela inkungu, nto leyo echaphazela ukucaca. Ubungakanani beentwana ezincinci kakhulu okanye ukuguqulwa komphezulu kunokufuneka ukuze kusetyenziswe.
- Ukusetyenziswa: Akukhuthazwa kuphela; ingaxutywa ne-HPCTP ukunciphisa iindleko zizonke (kufuneka uvavanyo lokungafihlisi).
2. Iindlela ezicetyiswayo zoKwakha
Ukhetho 1: Inkqubo ye-HPCTP enye
- Ukwenziwa: 8%-12% HPCTP + PET izinto ezisisiseko.
- Iingenelo: Ukukhanya okugqibeleleyo kunye nokusebenza kakuhle okubangela ukuba ilangabi lingabi namandla (kunokufikelela kwi-UL94 VTM-2 okanye kwi-VTM-0).
- Uqikelelo lweendleko: Xa ulayisha nge-10%, ukunyuka kweendleko ngekhilogram nganye yePET kumalunga ne-¥10 (¥100/kg × 10%).
Ukhetho 2: HPCTP + Aluminium Hypophosphite Blend
- Ukwenziwa: 5% HPCTP + 5%-8% aluminiyamu hypophosphite + izinto ezisisiseko zePET.
- Iingenelo: Ukunciphisa iindleko, kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite enceda ekubambezelekeni komlilo wegesi, okunokunciphisa ukusetyenziswa kwe-HPCTP.
- Qaphela: Ukucaca kufuneka kuvavanywe (i-aluminiyam hypophosphite inokubangela inkungu encinci).
3. Iingcebiso zokucubungula nokuvavanya
- Inkqubo yokuSasaza: Sebenzisa isixhobo sokukhupha umlilo esinezikrufu ezimbini ukuqinisekisa ukusasazeka okufanayo kwezinto ezithintela ilangatye kwaye uphephe ukuhlangana okuphazamisa ukukhanya.
- Uvavanyo lokuBuyiselwa yiLanga: Vavanya ngokwemigangatho ye-UL94 VTM okanye i-Oxygen Index (OI), ujolise kwi-OI > 28%.
- Uvavanyo lokungafihli nto: Linganisa umngxuma usebenzisa imitha yomngxuma, uqinisekise umngxuma < 5% (ubukhulu befilimu: 0.3-1.6 mm).

5. Isiphelo
- Ukhetho olukhethwayo: I-HPCTP yodwa kwi-8%-10%, ilungelelanisa ukukhanya kunye nokungacimi komlilo.
- Enye indlela: Umxube we-HPCTP kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite, efuna ukuqinisekiswa kokungafihlisi kunye nemiphumo yokusebenzisana.
Ingcebiso: Umthengi kufuneka enze uvavanyo oluncinci kuqala, egxile ekuthinteleni ilangabi (UL94/OI) kunye novavanyo lwe-haze, aze alungise indlela esetyenziswa ngayo kunye nenkqubo. Ukuba kufuneka kuncitshiswe iindleko ngakumbi, jonga i-aluminium hypophosphite eguqulweyo kumphezulu okanye i-phosphorus-based flame retardants entsha.
