Izisombululo zeFrime Retardant kwiifilimu ze-PET Sheet
Umthengi uvelisa iifilimu ze-PET ze-flame-retardant ezingabonakaliyo ezinobunzima ukusuka kwi-0.3 ukuya kwi-1.6 mm, usebenzisa i-hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP) kwaye ifuna ukunciphisa iindleko. Apha ngezantsi kukho uqulunqo olucetyiswayo kunye nohlalutyo oluneenkcukacha lweefilimu ze-PET ezingafihliyo:
1. Uhlalutyo lokuKhetha iFlame Retardant
I-Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene (HPCTP)
- Izinto eziluncedo: I-Phosphazene-based-flame retardants isasazeka kakuhle kwi-PET, igcina ukukhanya okuphezulu. Umatshini wokunqanda amadangatye ubandakanya ukutshaja kwesigaba esincitshisiweyo kunye nesigaba segesi esibambekayo, sisenze silungele iifilimu ezingafihliyo.
- Umthamo: Kucetyiswa kwi-5% -10%. Izixa ezigqithisileyo zinokuchaphazela iimpawu zoomatshini.
- Iindleko: Ziphezulu ngokwentelekiso, kodwa ixabiso lilonke lihlala lilawuleka kumthwalo ophantsi.
I-Aluminiyam Hypophosphite
- Izinto ezingeloncedo: Umgubo we-inorganic unokubangela inkungu, echaphazela ukungafihli. Ubungakanani besuntswana elicolekileyo kakhulu okanye ukuguqulwa komphezulu kungafuneka ukuze kusetyenziswe okunokwenzeka.

2. IiNdlela zokuLungisa eziCetyisiweyo
Inketho 1: Inkqubo ye-HPCTP enye
- Ukuqulunqwa: 8% -12% HPCTP + PET izinto ezisisiseko.
- Izinto eziluncedo: Ukucaca okuphezulu kunye nokusebenza kakuhle kwe-flame-retardant (kunokufezekisa i-UL94 VTM-2 okanye i-VTM-0).
- Uqikelelo lweendleko: Kwi-10% yokulayisha, ukunyuka kweendleko ngekhilogram ye-PET malunga ne-¥10 (¥100 / kg × 10%).
Inketho ye-2: I-HPCTP + i-Aluminiyam ye-Hypophosphite Blend
- Ukuqulunqa: 5% HPCTP + 5% -8% i-aluminium hypophosphite + i-PET isiseko sezinto.
- Izinto eziluncedo: Ukunciphisa iindleko, kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite encedisa kwi-gas-phase flame retardation, enokunciphisa ukusetyenziswa kwe-HPCTP.
- Qaphela: Makuvavanywe ukukhanya (i-aluminiyam hypophosphite inokubangela inkungu encinci).
3. Iingcebiso zokuSebenza kunye noVavanyo
- Inkqubo yokusasazwa: Sebenzisa i-twin-screw extruder ukuqinisekisa ukusasazwa okufanayo kweeretardants zedangatye kwaye uthintele i-agglomeration echaphazela ukungafihli.
- Uvavanyo lwe-Flame Retardancy Testing: Vavanya ngokwe-UL94 VTM okanye i-Oxygen Index (OI) imigangatho, ijolise kwi-OI> 28%.
- Uvavanyo lokungafihli: Linganisa inkungu usebenzisa imitha yenkungu, uqinisekise inkungu engaphantsi kwe-5% (ubukhulu befilimu: 0.3-1.6 mm).

5. Isiphelo
- Inketho ekhethwayo: I-HPCTP iyodwa kwi-8% -10%, ukulinganisa ukucaca kunye nokunciphisa umlilo.
- Olunye ukhetho: Ukudibanisa kwe-HPCTP kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite, efuna ukuqinisekiswa kokungafihli kunye nemiphumo ye-synergistic.
Isincomo: Umthengi kufuneka aqhube ulingo oluncinci kuqala, egxile kwi-flame retardancy (UL94/OI) kunye novavanyo lwenkungu, emva koko ulungise ukwakheka kunye nenkqubo. Ukuba kufuneka kuncitshiswe iindleko ezongezelelekileyo, jonga i-aluminium hypophosphite eguqulwe umphezulu okanye i-novel phosphorus-based retardants.
