2. Umxube we-AHP + MCA
Iimeko ezisebenzayo: Iimfuno ze-UL94 V-0, ezijolise kwidosi ephantsi yokongeza kunye nentsebenziswano ethintela ilangatye yesigaba segesi.
Indlela ecetyiswayo:
- Irabha esisiseko: VMQ (100 phr)
- I-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP): 12–15 phr
- Inika umthombo we-phosphorus, ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char.
- I-MCA: 8–10 izifundo
- Umthombo we-nitrogen uhambelana ne-AHP (isiphumo se-PN), ukhupha iigesi ezingasebenziyo (umz., i-NH₃) ukuze kuthintelwe ukusasazeka komlilo.
- Isithambisi sokuqinisa: I-Fumed silica (10 phr)
- Izongezo: Iarhente yokudibanisa iSilane (1 phr, iphucula ukusasazeka) + iarhente yokunyanga
Iimpawu:
- Idosi iyonke ethintela ilangatye: ~20–25 phr, iphantsi kakhulu kune-AHP yodwa.
- I-MCA iyanciphisa idosi ye-AHP kodwa inokuchaphazela kancinci ukucaca (i-nano-MCA iyacetyiswa ukuba ukucaca kuyadingeka).
