Xa abathengi babuza malunga nokusebenzisa kuphela i-aluminium hypophosphite (AHP) okanye i-AHP + MCA indibaniselwano ye-halogen-free flame retardancy kwi-rubber ye-silicone ukufezekisa ukulinganisa kwe-V0, impendulo ngu-ewe-kodwa ulungelelaniso lwedosi luyafuneka ngokusekelwe kwiimfuno ze-flame retardancy. Apha ngezantsi kukho iingcebiso ezithile zeemeko ezahlukeneyo:

1. Ukusebenzisa i-Aluminiyam Hypophosphite (AHP) Yodwa

Iimeko ezisebenzayo: Kwiimfuno ze-UL94 V-1/V-2 okanye izicelo ezinovakalelo kwimithombo yenitrogen (umzekelo, ukuphepha iziphumo ezinogwebu ezivela kwi-MCA ezinokuchaphazela inkangeleko).

Uqulunqo olucetyiswayo:

  • Isiseko serabha: Irabha ye-Methyl vinyl silicone (VMQ, 100 phr)
  • I-Aluminiyam hypophosphite (AHP): 20-30 phr
    • Umxholo wephosphorus ophezulu (40%); I-20 phr inikezela ~ 8% umxholo we-phosphorus kwisiseko somlilo osisiseko.
    • Kwi-UL94 V-0, ukunyuka ukuya kwi-30 phr (inokuchaphazela iimpawu zomatshini).
  • Ukuqinisa isihluzi: Isilica evuthayo (10–15 phr, igcina amandla)

  • Idosi ephezulu (> 25 phr) inokunyusa ubunzima bezinto eziphathekayo; ukongeza i-3-5 phr zinc borate inokuphucula umgangatho we-char layer.

2. AHP + MCA Udibaniso

Iimeko ezisebenzayo: Iimfuno ze-UL94 V-0, ezijolise kwidosi ephantsi yokongeza kunye ne-gas-phase flame retardant synergy.

Uqulunqo olucetyiswayo:

  • Isiseko serabha: VMQ (100 phr)
  • I-Aluminiyam hypophosphite (AHP): 12-15 phr
    • Inika umthombo we-phosphorus, ikhuthaza ukubunjwa kwe-char.
  • I-MCA: 8–10 phr
    • Umthombo we-nitrogen udibana ne-AHP (isiphumo se-PN), ukukhulula iigesi ezingenayo (umzekelo, i-NH₃) ukucinezela ukusasazeka kwedangatye.
  • Ukuqinisa isihluzi: Isilica evuthayo (10 phr)
  • Izongezo: I-arhente yokudibanisa iSilane (1 phr, iphucula ukusasazwa) + iarhente yokunyanga

Iimpawu:

  • Iyonke idosi yokubuyiswa komlilo: ~20–25 phr, isezantsi kakhulu kune-AHP iyodwa.
  • I-MCA yehlisa idosi ye-AHP kodwa inokuchaphazela kancinane ukungafihli (i-nano-MCA iyacetyiswa ukuba kufuneka elubala).

3. Uthelekiso lweParameter engundoqo

4. Iingcebiso zoMfuniselo

  1. Uvavanyo oluphambili lwe-AHP + MCA (15+10 phr): Ukuba i-V-0 iphunyeziwe, nciphisa ngokuthe ngcembe i-AHP (umz., 12+10).
  2. Ukuqinisekiswa kwe-AHP yodwa: Qala kwi-20 phr, ukwandisa nge-5 phr ngovavanyo ngalunye ukuvavanya i-LOI kunye ne-UL94, ukubeka esweni utshintsho lwepropati yomatshini.
  3. Iimfuno zokuthomalalisa umsi: Yongeza i-3–5 phr zinc borate kule mixube ingasentla ukunciphisa umsi ngaphandle kokubeka esichengeni ukubuyiswa komlilo.

5. Ezinye iCoated Ammonium Polyphosphate

Sinabathengi abathile abasebenzisa ngempumelelo i-TF-201G yerabha yesilicon.

Ukuphucula ngakumbi, cinga ukufaka ixabiso elincinci le-aluminium hydroxide (10-15 phr) ukunciphisa iindleko ezipheleleyo, nangona oku kwandisa umxholo wokuzalisa.
