I. Indlela yoYilo loYilo

  1. Ukuhambelana kweSubstrate
    • I-SK Polyester ES500: I-polyester ye-thermoplastic enobushushu obuqhelekileyo bokucubungula obuyi-220–260°C. I-flame retardant kufuneka imelane nolu luhlu lobushushu.
    • Iimfuno eziphambili: Ukulinganisela ukuthintela ilangabi (V0), iimpawu zoomatshini (amandla okuxinana/okuchaphazela), kunye nokugeleza kokucubungula.
  2. Inkqubo yokuBuyisela ilangatye ehambelanayo
    • I-Ultrafine Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH): I-primary flame retardant, endothermic dehydration. Ukulayisha kufuneka kulungelelanise i-flame retardancy kunye neempawu zoomatshini.
    • I-Aluminium Hypophosphite: I-Char-forming synergist, isebenza ne-ATH ukudala isiphumo se-phosphorus-aluminium synergistic, iphucula umgangatho we-char.
    • I-Zinc Borate: I-Char enhancer, ithintela umsi, kwaye yenza umqobo oxineneyo nge-ATH.
    • I-MCA (iMelamine Cyanurate): Ithintela ilangatye elingaphantsi kwegesi, inciphisa ioksijini kwaye ithintele ukuvuza kwencibiliko.

II. Ukwenziwa Okucetyiswayo (Ipesenti Yobunzima)

I-Zinc Borate 6–8% Yongezwe kunye ne-MCA ukuze kuthintelwe umonakalo omkhulu kwisakhiwo.
I-MCA 4–5% Ubushushu benkqubo <250°C, ukusasazeka ngesantya esiphantsi.
Umsasazi 2–3% Isinyibilikisi esihambelana nepolyester (umz., i-BYK-161) + i-polyethylene wax composite.
Iarhente yokudibanisa (KH-550) 1% Inyanga i-ATH kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite kwangaphambili; ukuntywiliselwa kwi-ethanol kulandele ukomiswa.
Iarhente Yokuchasa Ukuvuza 0.5–1% I-PTFE micropowder yokuthintela ukutsha okunyibilikisiweyo.
Uncedo Lokucubungula 0.5% I-Zinc stearate (ukuthambisa kunye nokunganamatheli).

III. Ulawulo lweNkqubo oluPhambili

  1. Ukuphuculwa koSasazo
    • Ngaphambi konyango: Nciphisa i-ATH kunye ne-aluminium hypophosphite kwisisombululo se-ethanol se-1% KH-550 iiyure ezi-2, uze womise kwi-80°C.
    • Ulandelelwano lokuxuba:
      1. I-resin esisiseko + i-dispersant + i-agent yokudibanisa → Ukuxuba ngesantya esiphantsi (500 rpm, imizuzu emi-5).
      2. Yongeza i-ATH/aluminiyam hypophosphite eguquliweyo → I-High-speed shear (2500 rpm, imizuzu engama-20).
      3. Yongeza i-zinc borate/MCA/PTFE → Ukuxuba ngesantya esiphantsi (800 rpm, imizuzu eli-10).
    • Izixhobo: I-extruder enezikrufu ezimbini (iindawo zobushushu: indawo yokutya engama-200°C, indawo yokunyibilika engama-230°C, i-die 220°C).
  2. Ulawulo lobushushu obusebenzayo
    • Qinisekisa ukuba ubushushu bokunyibilika bungaphantsi kwama-250°C ukuze uthintele ukubola kwe-MCA (i-MCA iyabola kuma-250–300°C).
    • Iipellets ezipholisa amanzi emva kokukhupha ukuthintela ukufuduka kwezinto ezithintela ilangatye.

IV. Indlela yokusebenzisana ethintela ilangatye

  1. I-ATH + i-Aluminium Hypophosphite
    • I-ATH ifunxa ubushushu kwaye ikhuphe umphunga wamanzi, inyibilikise iigesi ezivuthayo.
    • I-aluminium hypophosphite ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-dense char (AlPO₄), ithintela ukudluliselwa kobushushu.
  2. I-Zinc Borate + MCA
    • I-Zinc borate yenza umqobo onjengeglasi phezu kwemifantu yetshani.
    • I-MCA iyabola ukuze ikhuphe i-NH₃, inyibilikise ioksijini kwaye ithintele ii-free radical reactions.
  3. I-PTFE Anti-Dripping
    • I-PTFE micropowder yenza inethiwekhi ye-fibrous, inciphisa umngcipheko wokutsha kwe-melt-drip.

V. Ukulungiswa koMsebenzi kunye nokusombulula iingxaki

Iipropati zoomatshini ezinciphileyo Yehlisa i-ATH iye kwi-25%, yongeza i-5% yefayibha yeglasi (ukuqinisa) okanye i-3% ye-maleic anhydride-grafted POE (ukuqinisa).
Ukungaguquguquki kakuhle kokucubungula Yongeza i-dispersant ukuya kwi-3%, okanye yongeza i-0.5% ye-low-MW polyethylene wax (ukuthambisa).
Ukudubula komphezulu Lungiselela umthamo we-coupling agent okanye utshintshele kwi-titanate coupling agent (NDZ-201) ukuze ufumane i-interfacial bonding engcono.

VI. IiMetriki zoQinisekiso

  1. Uvavanyo lwe-UL94 V0:
    • Iisampulu ze-1.6 mm kunye ne-3.2 mm, ixesha elipheleleyo lokutsha < imizuzwana engama-50 emva kokutsha kabini, akukho kutsha okuvuzayo.
  2. I-LOI: Ithagethi ≥30% (yokwenyani ≥28%).
  3. Iipropati zoomatshini:
    • Amandla okutsalwa > 40 MPa, amandla okutshaya > 5 kJ/m² (umgangatho we-ASTM).
  4. Uzinzo lobushushu (TGA):
    • Intsalela yeChar kwi-800°C > 20%, ubushushu bokuqala bokubola > 300°C.

Kucetyiswa uvavanyo oluncinci ukuqinisekisa ukusasazeka ngaphambi kokulinganisa kakuhle (umz., ukulinganisela i-aluminium hypophosphite kunye ne-MCA). Ukuze kuphuculwe ngakumbi i-flame retardancy, cinga ngokongeza i-2% boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS) njenge-full-functional thermal conductive/flame retardant filler.
