  2. Yongeza i-anhydride curing agent (gcina ubushushu obungaphantsi kwama-80°C)
  3. Ukukhupha igesi nge-vacuum (-0.095 MPa, imizuzu engama-30)

2. Inkqubo yokunyanga

Ukulungisa iNyathelo (Ilinganisela uzinzo oluthintela ilangatye kunye ne-Tg ephezulu):

  1. 85°C / 2h (ukuqalisa kancinci, kunciphisa amaqamza)
  2. 120°C / 2h (kuqinisekisa ukusabela okupheleleyo kwe-anhydride)
  3. 150°C / 1h (yonyusa uxinano lwe-crosslinking, Tg >125°C)

3. Amanqaku aphambili

  • Ulawulo lwe-viscosity: Ukuba i-viscosity iphezulu kakhulu, yongeza i-5% ye-reactive epoxy diluent (umz., AGE).
  • Ukucotha kokunyanga: Sebenzisa i-methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride (MeHHPA) okanye wongeze i-0.2% 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (inciphisa ukusabela kobushushu begumbi).

III. Ukuqinisekiswa kokusebenza kunye nohlengahlengiso

1. Ukungavumi komlilo:

  • Uvavanyo lwe-UL94 V0 (ubukhulu be-1.6mm): Qinisekisa ukuba ixesha lokutshisa lingaphantsi kwemizuzwana eli-10, akukho kuvuza.
  • Ukuba ayiphumeleli: Yongeza i-aluminium hypophosphite (+3%) okanye i-APP (+2%).

2. Ukusebenza kobushushu:
