Ukwenziwa kwePBT Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Formulation

Ukuze kuphuhliswe inkqubo ye-halogen-free flame retardant (FR) ye-PBT, kubalulekile ukulinganisela ukusebenza kakuhle kwe-flame retardancy, uzinzo lobushushu, ukuhambelana kobushushu bokucubungula, kunye neempawu zoomatshini.

I. Iindidi zeCore Flame Retardant

1. I-Aluminium Hypophosphite + MCA (iMelamine Cyanurate) + iZinc Borate

Indlela yokusebenza:

  • I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (Uzinzo lweThermal > 300°C): Ikhuthaza ukwakheka kwe-char kwisigaba esixineneyo kwaye ikhupha ii-PO· radicals kwisigaba segesi ukuze iphazamise ukusabela kwe-combustion chain.
  • I-MCA (Iqondo lobushushu lokubola ~300°C): Ukubola kwe-Endothermic kukhupha iigesi ezingasebenziyo (NH₃, H₂O), kunciphisa iigesi ezinokutsha kwaye kuthintele ukuvuza okunyibilikayo.
  • I-Zinc Borate (Ubushushu bokubola > 300°C): Iphucula ukwakheka kwe-char efana neglasi, inciphisa umsi kunye nokukhanya okungasemva.

Isilinganiselo Esicetyiswayo:
I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (10-15%) + MCA (5-8%) + Zinc Borate (3-5%).

2. I-Magnesium Hydroxide eGuquliweyo kumphezulu + i-Aluminium Hypophosphite + i-Organic Phosphinate (umz., i-ADP)

Indlela yokusebenza:

  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide eguquliweyo (ubushushu bokubola ~300°C): Unyango lomphezulu (i-silane/titanate) luphucula ukusasazeka kunye nokuzinza kobushushu ngelixa lufunxa ubushushu ukuya kunciphisa ubushushu bezinto.
  • I-Organic Phosphinate (umz., i-ADP, Uzinzo lobushushu > 300°C): Isebenza kakuhle kakhulu ekuthinteleni ilangatye le-gas-phase, isebenzisana neenkqubo ze-phosphorus-nitrogen.

Isilinganiselo Esicetyiswayo:
I-Magnesium Hydroxide (15-20%) + I-Aluminium Hypophosphite (8-12%) + I-ADP (5-8%).

II. Iingcali zoNxibelelwano eziKhethekileyo

  • I-Nano Clay/Talc (2-3%): Iphucula umgangatho we-char kunye neempawu zoomatshini ngelixa inciphisa umthamo we-FR.
  • I-PTFE (iPolytetrafluoroethylene, 0.2-0.5%): Isixhobo esithintela ukuvuza kwamanzi ukuthintela ukutsha kwamathontsi.
  • Umgubo weSilicone (2-4%): Ukhuthaza ukwakheka kwetshani exineneyo, uphucula ukudamba komlilo kunye nokukhazimla komphezulu.

III. Iindidi ekufanele ziphetshwe

  • I-Aluminium Hydroxide: Iyabola kwi-180-200°C (ngaphantsi kobushushu bokucubungula be-PBT obuyi-220-250°C), nto leyo ekhokelela ekuwohlokeni kwangaphambi kwexesha.
  • I-Magnesium Hydroxide engaguqulwanga: Ifuna unyango lomphezulu ukuze kuthintelwe ukuhlangana kunye nokubola kobushushu ngexesha lokucubungula.

IV. Iingcebiso zokuphucula ukusebenza

  1. Unyango Lomphezulu: Sebenzisa ii-silane coupling agents kwi-magnesium hydroxide kunye ne-zinc borate ukuphucula ukusasazeka kunye nokubopha phakathi kwe-interfacial.
  2. Ulawulo Lobushushu Bokucubungula: Qinisekisa ukuba ubushushu bokubola kwe-FR buyi-> 250°C ukuze uphephe ukubola ngexesha lokucubungula.
  3. Ibhalansi yePropati yoMechanical: Faka ii-nano-fillers (umz., i-SiO₂) okanye ii-tougheners (umz., i-POE-g-MAH) ukuze kulungiswe ukulahleka kwamandla.

  • Iimpawu zoomatshini: Amandla okutsalwa > 45 MPa, impembelelo eqingqiweyo > 4 kJ/m².

Ngokwenza ngcono ii-ratios, inkqubo esebenzayo yokuthintela umlilo engenalo i-halogen inokufezekiswa ngelixa igcina ukusebenza kwe-PBT iyonke.
