II. UkuPhuculwa kweMilinganiselo yeCompound

  1. Imilinganiselo yeCompound eqhelekileyo:
  • AHP:ZB = 2:1 ~ 4:1(umz., 15% AHP + 5% ZB, iyonke 20%).
  • Lungisa umlinganiselo ngokomfuniselo, umzekelo:
  • Imfuno ephezulu yokubuyiswa komlilo:AHP 15% ~ 20%, ZB 5% ~ 8%.
  • Iimpawu zomzimba ezilungelelanisiweyo:AHP 10% ~ 15%, ZB 3% ~ 5%.
  1. Iziphumo ze-Synergistic:
  • I-zinc borate yongeza ukusilela komlilo ngoku:

  1. Uvavanyo lweNyathelo:

  • Iinkqubo ze-acrylic ezisekelwe emanzini zihlala zine-pH ye-8-9; qinisekisa ukuba i-AHP kunye ne-ZB zihlala zizinzile (ukuphepha i-hydrolysis okanye ukubola).
  • Ukuthotyelwa koMgaqo:
  • I-AHP kufuneka ihlangabezane neemfuno ze-RoHS ezingena-halogen; I-ZB kufuneka isebenzise amabanga asezantsi e-heavy-metal angacocekanga.

V. Izisombululo ezizezinye okanye ezongezelelweyo

  • I-Melamine Polyphosphate (MPP):Ingaphucula ngakumbi ukubuyiswa komlilo xa kudityaniswa ne-AHP (umzekelo, i-10% ye-AHP + 5% MPP + 3% ZB).
  • Nano Flame Retardants:I-Nano-grade ZB (ukongezwa kuncitshiswe kwi-1% ~ 3%) okanye i-hydroxides ephindwe kabini (LDH) kwimiphumo ephuculweyo yokuthintela.

VI. Isishwankathelo Iingcebiso

  • Ukuqala ukwakhiwa:I-AHP 10% ~ 15% + ZB 3% ~ 5% (iyonke 13% ~ 20%), uze ulungise.
  • Indlela yokuqinisekisa:Vavanya iisampuli ezincinci ze-LOI kunye ne-UL-94 ngelixa uvavanya iipropati zoomatshini.
